Betting on my friends' rolls during their turns is way more fun than I expected, it keeps everyone glued to the table instead of zoning out between turns. The emerald skull dice cup is a nice touch too.

The push-your-luck mechanic kept every round tense, especially deciding whether to keep rolling or bank what was in the Emerald Skull. Real-time betting during other players' turns means nobody ever zones out between rounds. Played it four times the first night.

Betting on my friends' rolls during their turns is what sold me — you're never just sitting there waiting. Lost three rounds straight and still had a blast.
